About the Event
Join us on the first Monday of every month (the second Monday of the month if the first Monday follows or is a holiday). All workouts will be adapted to each participant's ability levels. Multiple adaptations will be offered for each exercise, from beginner to advanced. Mat, chair, and standing options will be provided for each exercise. Bring a yoga mat or sturdy chair and whatever resistance implements you have: thera bands, hand weights, medicine balls, etc. Get ready to get your sweat on!
