Join us for an inclusive community bootcamp every Sunday at 10am! Led by Adaptively Abled Funder and Director and The Phoenix Volunteer Coach Melissa DeChellis, this fast paced and high energy class includes warm-up, workout, and cool-down. Open to all skill levels and abilities, this class can be scaled and/or adapted to each individual's goals.
Home to our 8 week Fitness Program
The Phoenix has graciously opened their hearts and their doors to our 8-week Comprehensive Adaptive Fitness and Wellness Program! This program is open to a select number of athletes each year. For 2 days a week for the 8 weeks those selected for the program participate in individual training, group fitness, yoga, mindset, meditation, active recovery and range of motion, and team building activities.
Members of the program also are invited each week to participate in our weekly inclusive bootcamp in collaboration with The Phoenix members. This was where pure magic happened....different communities that have each experienced something traumatic coming together to support each other in a high energy group workout.
This program and collaboration has aided in providing athletes with improved confidence, strength, mobility, balance, functional movements, mental health, and quality of life.
